Try calling via 4G/5G. Has your problem been resolved or does it work better? If so, we recommend calling via that network for better reachability. Read here more about the network.

Due to Android restrictions, our apps are limited in how they can run in the background. For incoming calls, we first have to send a message to wake up the app. If the app wakes up and responds in time, we forward the call to the app. These messages are processed by a new middleware component.

This often ensures that incoming calls are more reliable. However, there are also device-specific factors. That's why on Android you can enable 'Always allow to run in the background'. This allows the app to respond quickly enough to notifications while using minimal battery power.

• Open the app.
• Click on settings.
• Go to Calling.
• Enable Always allow to run in the background.
• The slider is now moved to the right and can no longer be turned back.

Due to trade restrictions, Huawei phones do not support Google Push Notifications. Therefore, incoming calls do not work on Huawei devices.

• Make sure Remote Logging is enabled.
• Click Send feedback.
• Briefly describe your problem. For example:
• 'I can make outgoing calls with the app, but I can't receive incoming calls.'
• Provide a few examples of when it happened with as specific date and time as possible. For example:
